Codepromptfu Version 2
As I indicated in our last blog post, a complete revamp of CodePromptFu was long overdue. And we finally did it!
The new CodePromptFu
Instead of trying to be a stackoverflow of coding prompts, we are now a human-curated site with articles and resources about prompt engineering. AI tools and prompt-based flows are evolving rapidly, and it is hard to keep up with these unless one follows a whole bunch of social media sites all day. We pick and choose the posts and articles we like so that you don’t get lost in a ‘doomscroll’ session.
The original idea
This new incarnation is not opposed to the original idea behind CodePromptFu. Remember that long ago stackoverflow used to be a place on the internet where humans posted about technical problems and solutions. It was a curated learning resource for technical topics. The new CodePromptFu is a more realistic implementation of the idea. As of 2026 it is impossible for a band of humans to cover the breadth of AI applications. It seems social media algorithms, notably that of X, are doing a pretty good job of it. So what can humans do? We can be selective. We can use our taste to curate the most useful resources.
